William N. Bernstein, LEED®AP, AIA :
Mr. Bernstein is a
registered Architect and a graduate of Yale University (Master of
Architecture '85) with over twenty-five years of experience in the
management and equipment planning of award-winning commercial facilities
including restaurants, food service facilities, and kitchens. In addition
to his practical experience in the food service industries, Mr. Bernstein
has written two books on contemporary architecture, published many
articles in the areas of design, construction and project management.
Kenneth Yesmant:
Mr. Yesmant is a graduate of SUNY
Farmingdale, Pratt Institute, and the National Academy of Art & Design. He
has devoted his career to the design, construction, and food service
equipment planning of restaurants, and he has worked on some of the most
prominent and successful restaurants in the country. He has a national
reputation in food service equipment consulting, restaurant design and
construction, and has completed over (20) prominent restaurant projects
around the country.
